Spanish Language Programs:
As you could probably know learning the basic words and phrases of any language requires lots of practice. And this is better is you are having fun and enjoying both theoretical and practical lessons. And this is what we work hard to offer at our school. In our program students conduct practices on numerous outdoor activities and various places. Our goal is to be spending a lot of time in a very useful way, so there is a sense of achievement regarding language goals and content developed.
Class size: Classes consist of one to four students working with Nicaraguan instructors. Note that at our School in Granada we strive to create an atmosphere of openness and respect for all people and give our students the best possible Spanish language training and experience of Nicaragua.
Tutors: GNSS School staff are trained and experienced to teach from beginners to conversational level. Our Spanish speaking instructors have been trained to help students as much as possible to speed the mastering of Spanish as a second language.
Working Language at the Granada Nicaragua Spanish School: For the most part, tutors teach only in Spanish. However, if requested by a student, bilingual teaching will be provided separate from the group, and on a one on one tutoring approach. Speaking in English is OK when problem-solving issues related to registration (such as postpone a course or extend it, or to create the content for an individual ad-hoc Spanish program course).
Class times:
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (morning session)
Monday through Friday from 2:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (afternoon session)
For one on one tutoring, classes can start on any day of the week to suit your schedule and can be tailored to your specific needs and interests. This is why our courses can be also organized as: Personalized private lessons with timetable flexibility always.
The School's building is a lovely old colonial-style adobe located in the central and historic district of Granada. The school occupies the main entrance and lessons make take place near the patio of the house. We keep it clean.
